Deception is Love, Chapter one:
His eyes opened slowly; first only seeing shadows and blurs. When the picture was clear enough to make out figures;
"A jail cell?" the boy asked himself. He tried to move but the pain in his wrists and
stomach was too much,
he tried not to make a sound from the pain.
There was a slight iron taste in his mouth, "Blood? B...but how?" he tried to move again,
trying to dis-mind the pain. Suddenly he stopped at the sound of foot steps coming from down the hall.
Could it be someone here to rescue him? Or the one who locked him up in chains?
